Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Taags, including its web app and Slack integration. By creating an account, installing the Slack app, or using Taags, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.

Accounts and administration

You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. Company administrators control membership, roles, Slack connections, and access to company task data. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Taags, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful material, violate another person’s rights, or use the service in a way that breaches Slack’s terms or applicable law.

Slack integration

A Slack workspace administrator must authorise the requested permissions. Slack is a third-party service with separate terms. Taags is not responsible for Slack availability or for changes Slack makes to its platform.

Plans and payment

Any paid plan, price, billing interval, included usage, and taxes will be shown before purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Your content

You retain ownership of content submitted to Taags. You grant Taags the limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.

Availability and liability

Taags is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Taags at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or non-payment, with notice where reasonably practical.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Taags changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be submitted through the Taags contact page.
